Wow dude! Previews are nice but you don't wan't to give away too much.
This page really has nothing to do with Saturn anyway, not directly, but it does have something to do with the overall story.
See if you can find the book, it might give you a great vicarious release of the anger so you don't have to do the same thing.
Seriously, I'm glad to see your note saying you're not sure how long it'll take because that's good. If you're not really into it and just doing it because people want it, then don't rush. It's your art and your story, we're just along for the ride. Unless it's a commission, we're not paying you for it, you're choosing to share and we are getting it for free. And I for one am grateful to get to enjoy your stuff. But writing for others will just burn you out. Then there'll be no more Saturn, no more Jenny&Naomi, and no more anything.
Also, I'm glad that you're doing it your way. Because let's face it, if you cater to the lowest common denominator you get a product that is low and common.
Anyone who doesn't understand this, is like a child who doesn't understand why mom can spend all her money on candy because they don't understand about rent, utilities, cavities, getting fat etc. They don't understand the effect their actions have and only care about instant gratification. Those aren't fans. I don't know what they are but they aren't fans.
Stay stubborn, and keep doing it your way. It's your character and your story. Don't give that power to anyone.
